Sustainable Pathways: Developing a Financially Healthy Organization is a practical, hands-on training that educates and guides nonprofit leadership teams as they create a sustainable, balanced two-year fundraising plan:

  • Analyze your current income
  • Compare your income distribution with models from healthy, sustainable nonprofit organizations
  • Learn the pro’s and con’s of the eight major methods of fundraising
  • Plan new and expanded programs into your budget
  • Correct existing funding deficits
  • Take existing funding overages into account
  • Create an 18-24 month plan to become financially balanced
  • Provide a written plan and summary of your work for your Board of Directors

This training is intended for leadership teams with authority to
recommend program and fundraising changes

Offered as a webinar series (four 90-minute webinars)

Fee: $1,500 now just $750.00 per team (up to three leaders working on the same plan). One e-copy of Sustainable Pathways: Developing a Financially Healthy Organization and accompanying workbook file is included with tuition fee.
