Sustainable Pathways: Developing a Financially Healthy Organization – at a New, More Affordable Price!

Do you know where your organization’s funding comes from? Are the services offered by your organization sustainable? Does your organization need to have a viable plan in place to become financially stable? Sustainable Pathways: Developing a Financially Healthy Organization may be the training you’re looking for to reach that goal.

In the three 90-minute webinar sessions, you’ll use our interactive tool (which you’ll receive prior to class) to record your nonprofit’s sources of income, and together we’ll analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your current funding streams. Using the interactive tool, you’ll determine what programs or services you want to offer in the coming two years. (And if you’re currently running at a deficit or have savings on hand, we’ll include that into your plan.)

Next, you’ll learn about the eight major methods of fundraising and decide which four or five are the most appropriate for your organization.

Then we’ll begin to add specifics – including dates and responsibilities – to your two-year plan.

When you finish the training activities, you’ll be able to print a full report of your planning activities ready to present to your Board of Directors for discussion and approval. In addition, you’ll keep a copy of the interactive tool so you can update your plan periodically and create a entirely new plan in 18-24 months.

The cost for this training is just $750.00, and the dates of the upcoming sessions are February 25, 26 and 27 (with a possible additional session if the class is over 25 participants). Questions? Call us at 907-451-0885. Ready to register? You can do that here. See you in class!
